A new home for your pensions.

Investing is about the long-term, which is why we're especially excited about today's announcement.

The wait is finally over.

The Freetrade self-invested personal pension (SIPP) is now available to everyone. 🥳

You can now open a SIPP account as part of our Plus plan and start saving towards your retirement without growing your fees.

What’s a SIPP?

A self-invested personal pension or ‘SIPP’ is an investment account designed to help you save for retirement. Unlike other pension accounts, it lets you decide what to invest in.

Why should I consider moving my pension pots to a SIPP?

Here are a few reasons why SIPP might be the right investment account for you:

  • It allows bringing all your pension pots together in one place, making it easier to manage and track progress of your pension.
  • You can take control over your pension by choosing your own investments.
  • Having only one account to manage might reduce overall pension management fees.

How much does a Freetrade SIPP cost?

We're building a low-cost SIPP.

You’ll have to sign up to our Plus plan in order to be able to open a SIPP account with Freetrade. You will pay £9.99/month and be able to have all your investments in one place - a SIPP account, a stocks and shares ISA account and general investment account, plus many more additional benefits.

Check our SIPP fees and charges to see how we compare with other SIPP providers.

How to open a Freetrade SIPP?

Head to your Freetrade app and open a SIPP in your Profile.

When you invest, your capital is at risk. The value of your portfolio can go down as well as up and you may get back less than you invest.
