We’re crowdfunding again on 25th June!

As promised, we’re coming back to Crowdcube

Our last round in April was crazy. We raised £1m in 77 seconds and closed the round with £2m in just a few minutes.

However, the massive demand overwhelmed Crowdcube’s servers and left a lot of people out.

So as promised, we’re coming back to Crowdcube on 25th June to give everyone another chance to invest in Freetrade.

Here are the details so far for this round:

• £5m overfunding capacity 💸
• Expected EIS tax relief for £3m 🙌

The round will open early for Freetrade customers only at 11am 25th June. We want to give you more space and time to invest before it opens to everyone.

We’ll send a private link to the round via in-app chat. So make sure you’re signed up as a customer and have notifications enabled.

If your friends want in on the round early, let them know to download the app too.

After private mode 🕛

The round will go live for everyone on Crowdcube at 12pm sharp. We’ll then close the round when we hit our overfunding limit or hit the 28 day timespan. 🗓

Our plans for the funds remain the same as the April round.

• Grow our engineering team and accelerate our feature rollout and the Investment Platform 👩‍💻
• Invest in customer growth 💪
• Expand to our first European markets 🇪🇺

4. Wait for 11am 25th June and get yourself some new Freetrade shares. 🎉
