Space Exploration Technologies Corp. has filed a registration statement on form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission regarding a proposed US Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock.

Founded in 2002, SpaceX claims to be the only company building the integrated hardware and software infrastructure of the future across space, connectivity, and AI.
